Operating across multiple European markets, this investment manager focuses on residential debt and equity opportunities, covering market rent, affordable housing, and owner-occupancy. With over £3.5 billion in assets under management and strong growth plans, the firm serves a range of institutional and private investors.

Role Overview

Joining a small, collaborative Finance and Operations team, the successful candidate will gain exposure to both corporate and fund-level activities. This role offers broad responsibilities across finance, operations, and investment support.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Functions

• Accounts payable and receivable
• Bank reconciliations
• Supporting VAT returns and audits
• Assisting with company secretarial tasks
• Ad-hoc projects

Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs)

• Bank reconciliations
• Payment processing and order record-keeping
• Contribution to ad-hoc projects

Operations

• Loan processing and administration
• Bank reconciliations and payment processing
• Assisting with KYC/AML documentation
• Managing the operations inbox and calendar
• Liaising with third-party administrators and stakeholders

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2:1 degree (Economics, Accounting, Finance preferred)
• 6+ months in an operations or finance role (ideally within financial services)
• Strong Excel skills; programming knowledge beneficial
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities
• High attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive with a desire to learn and grow within the industry
