We're looking for a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A Analysis team, where you'll play a key role in helping UCL make informed, data-driven decisions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful insight.
You'll develop and enhance sophisticated financial models, support long-term forecasting and scenario planning, and provide analysis that helps senior leaders understand financial trends, risks and opportunities. You'll take ownership of key models, including UCL's Tuition Fee and Pay models, while working closely with colleagues across Finance to improve planning, forecasting and financial performance.
No two days are the same-you'll combine technical modelling with strategic thinking to support decisions that shape the future of the university.

You'll be an analytical finance professional who enjoys solving complex problems and using data to influence decision-making. You'll bring experience of financial analysis, working with large and complex datasets, and developing robust financial models for forecasting and planning.
You're highly proficient in Excel, confident communicating insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders, and enjoy collaborating with others to improve processes and ways of working. A professional accounting qualification, experience within higher education or another large, complex organisation, and knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Financials or Axiom EPM would be advantageous, but aren't essential.
