This is an exciting opportunity to join the Education Administration and Student Experience Team (EASE). The Faculty of Life Sciences (FLS) EASE team is made up of five areas: Clinical, Programmes, Research, Learning Technology and Student Wellbeing & Casework. The team is led by three Education Managers and supported by Education Coordinators across the teams. You will work in a collaborative and innovative team who are committed to excellence in customer service. About the role We’re looking for a brilliant and proactive Education Administrator to support the administration and delivery of Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programmes across the Faculty of Life Sciences. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone keen to develop their skills and build a rewarding career within the new FLS Education Administration and Student Experience (EASE) team. You’ll be an organised and student-focused individual and play a key role in managing the academic cycle, from induction and timetabling to assessments and exam boards, while providing responsive support to students and staff. You’ll work closely with academic leads to ensure smooth programme delivery and may also contribute to student engagement activities such as socials, field trips, and open days. There’s also scope to support improvement projects using Excel and Power Apps, and to collaborate across the wider team when needed. This is a hybrid role. Flexibility is essential, as there will be peak periods, particularly around student-facing activities, when increased on-campus presence will be required. We will consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible and job share basis wherever possible.
