We’re working with a top-tier financial advisory team in Manchester to recruit a Financial Advisory Restructuring Manager. This group handles complex, high-stakes assignments for corporates, lenders, and investors across underperforming and distressed situations. Recent work includes high-profile administrations, refinancings, and rescue transactions—often with regional or national significance.

The Financial Advisory Restructuring Manager Role

As a Manager, you’ll:

• Lead workstreams on restructuring plans, cash flow analysis, and refinancings
• Advise boards, management teams, and financial stakeholders on turnaround options
• Oversee insolvency appointments and liaise with legal teams on documentation
• Mentor junior staff while working closely with senior practitioners
• Contribute to business development and practice growth
