The Company:

I'm looking to speak to a passionate and driven Financial Advisor or Financial Advisor Manager to join the talented team. If you are motivated by delivering exceptional financial guidance and have the experience to lead a team, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Offer expert financial advice to clients on a wide range of areas, including investment strategies, retirement planning, tax efficiency, and estate planning.
2. Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
3. Conduct detailed financial assessments to understand clients' goals, risk profiles, and long-term objectives.
4. Lead, mentor, and support a team of junior financial advisors, ensuring a high level of performance and professionalism.
5. Drive new business development through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach to potential clients.
6. Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, regulations, and market changes to provide accurate and relevant advice.
7. Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets to contribute to the organisation's growth and success.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Current experience as a Financial Advisor, with a proven track record of success in delivering tailored financial advice.
2. Experience in leading/supervising/managing a team providing guidance, training, and fostering a positive team culture.
3. Strong knowledge of financial markets, products, and regulatory requirements.
4. Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
5. Ethical and client-first approach to financial planning.
