We are excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Financial Planner to join a thriving independent financial planning firm as a Review Financial Adviser. In this role, you will provide exceptional financial planning, advice, and service to clients. This is a hybrid position, so candidates should be within a commutable distance of Cardiff.

With a well-established presence across the UK, the firm has experienced significant growth through strategic acquisitions. Their ongoing success has resulted in the creation of two brand-new positions in their Cardiff office.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold CAS – or be working towards it
• Have experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases
• Have a desire to be a successful Financial Planner

Your role will include but will not be limited to:

• Managing a client base that will be assigned to you
• Generating new client enquiries and advice income from these
• Converting client leads
• Undertaking sales and marketing activities in line with regional and national plans
• Working to achieve or exceed annual new business revenue targets
• Maintaining 'fit and proper’ status through continuous professional development and suitable development opportunities
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements in client advice and reports
• Using standard template documentation approved by the company
• Maintaining technical and industry knowledge
• Delivering a positive client service experience to ensure appropriate outcomes and communication
• Responding promptly and maintaining turnaround times as per service standards
• Developing relationships with external professionals to create additional business opportunities
• Focusing on key business areas using objectives
• Highlighting personal training needs to ensure consistent service quality
