An exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified or experienced Financial Adviser looking to join a well-established, client-focused firm that supports you, and more importantly, you will be allocated warm existing clients, not leads, to advise on. Their aim is for you to become a long-term valued member of the company, and theyDO NOT expect you to bring with you referrals or to waste your time chasing cold leads.

The Role

As An Office-based Employed Financial Adviser, you will:

* To learn to provide holistic, independent financial advice on pensions, investments, insurance and wealth management.

* Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to help them achieve their financial goals through regular reviews and tailored solutions.

* Conduct consultations either face-to-face, virtually via Teams or occasionally at the client's residence.

* Stay compliant with FCA regulations while delivering high-quality service.

* Proactively develop new client relationships through existing clients and direct referrals.

Skills and Qualifications

* Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent).

* Either proven experience in providing regulated financial advice or willing to gain experience from day one.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first approach.

* Tech-savvy, comfortable using digital tools to engage with clients remotely.

* Highly organised and self-motivated to manage your own workload effectively.
