Job description

Are you an experienced Financial Advisor in Burgess Hill / Brighton, seeking an employed role based from home with quality leads and existing clients provided?

This is a unique opportunity to join a highly respected IFA firm that is continually improving its client proposition and is featured in industry press for its success.

The business can provide you with an existing client bank to take over, either from internal changes or a retiring Adviser. Your goal is to understand your clients' current and future goals and design straightforward strategies aligned with their objectives.

In addition to servicing the provided clients, you should aim to convert business opportunities generated through company marketing initiatives. You will also build your portfolio proactively by asking for referrals, networking, and utilizing social media.

You will deliver advice through a mix of in-person meetings at clients' homes or premises, virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams, or at one of the company’s regional offices.

Financial Advisor Requirements

• Level 4 Diploma qualified Financial Advisor with CAS status for financial planning advice
• Open to individuals early in their advising career or highly experienced
• Proven track record in converting business opportunities
• Individuals close to Chartered status are preferred

Full and comprehensive back-office support is provided, including specialist Administrators, Paraplanners, and Compliance Managers. Research, report writing, and client investment management reviews are handled for you, allowing more time to focus on clients.

Training and Development

Access to in-house training programs and support toward becoming a Chartered Financial Planner.

Financial Advisor Benefits

• Salary of £50,000 - £75,000 depending on experience and qualifications
