Job summary

Quilter Financial Planning in Exeter is recruiting a Financial Adviser to join a growing, well-established practice with a clear pathway toward succession and eventual ownership.

You will advise clients on investments, pensions, mortgages and protection, while actively managing relationships and developing new business through referrals, networking, and self-generated opportunities. Hybrid working is available, with up to one day remote per week.

Qualifications

• Holistic financial advice experience essential, minimum 1 year.
• Existing client following or introducers beneficial but not required.
• Strong client service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on investments, pensions, mortgages and protection products.
• Manage and develop client relationships and pipelines.
• Generate new business through referrals and networking.
• Support succession and future ownership pathway.
