Job summary

Exchange Street Financial Services Ltd is inviting Level 4 qualified advisers to join a growing team just outside Newcastle. You will help care for existing clients while developing new business, supported by excellent technology and a dedicated customer care function.

The program features a four‑week residential training course and supervised progression toward Competent Adviser Status, with a potential path to self‑employed status and very competitive profit splits in the future.

Qualifications

• You’re Level 4 qualified via the CII, LIBF or CISI.
• Must be within commuting distance of Newcastle.
• Industry experience is useful but not essential; Level 4 qualified entrants welcome.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Join an existing team of more than 60 advisers and build relationships with clients.
• Develop new business while ensuring existing clients receive excellent service.
• Spend time with clients rather than admin, supported by top technology and a dedicated care function.
• Longer term there is an option to move into a self‑employed role with highly favorable splits.
