As the Finance Administrator, you will apply your skills in a healthcare setting, managing tasks such as petty cash, payroll enquiries, purchase order processing, and more!
Working 30 hours a week, you will ensure all purchase invoices are paid on time, liaising with suppliers and department heads regarding invoice queries and authorisations.
You will be trained to use finance systems like Temployer and Quinyx, inputting and amending employee details on Quinyx Payroll, and overseeing salaries, overtime, and special duty pay.

You will work at Victoria Gardens, a specialized rehabilitation facility for individuals with complex mental health needs and behaviors that challenge, supporting service users towards independence.
