Are you an experienced Financial Administrator with at least 2 years of experience working in an accounting environment? Join Victoria Gardens as the Finance Administrator and utilise your skill set within a healthcare environment to handle all finance-related admin tasks.

As the Finance Administrator, you will apply your skills in a healthcare setting, managing tasks such as petty cash, payroll enquiries, purchase order processing, and more!

Working 30 hours a week, you will ensure all purchase invoices are paid on time, liaising with suppliers and department heads regarding invoice queries and authorisations.

You will be trained to use finance systems like Temployer and Quinyx, inputting and amending employee details on Quinyx Payroll, and overseeing salaries, overtime, and special duty pay.

As a Finance Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing systems for service user monies, petty cash, payroll, and purchase systems.
  • Processing purchase orders and ordering goods and services.
  • Maintaining the Head Office Purchase Ledger Spreadsheet and handling queries.
  • Maintaining proper documentation and filing.

Requirements to succeed:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • NVQ Level II Business Administration
  • Relevant qualification in Bookkeeping/Accounting Practice
  • Knowledge of Excel, SAGE, and Outlook
  • Accuracy, efficiency, and diligence with minimal supervision

Work location:

Victoria Rd, Huyton, Liverpool L36 5SA

You will work at Victoria Gardens, a specialized rehabilitation facility for individuals with complex mental health needs and behaviors that challenge, supporting service users towards independence.

The service incorporates the Good Lives Model and offers a recovery-based approach with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, and social workers.
