Job description

We're thrilled to announce an opening for a Financial Services Administrator at a top-tier Financial Services firm, located in a stunning modern office in central Leeds, conveniently near the train station.

This position offers a salary of £26,000-£28,000 per annum and includes hybrid working options.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all internal and external client inquiries.

  • Undertake and assist with various initiatives.

  • Handle customers in insolvency and dissolutions, create landlord letters, and contact insolvency practitioners.

  • Assist the disconnections team with ticketing and telephony support.

  • Validate and prepare legal packs for processing.

About you:

  • Previous experience in customer service and administration, ideally within financial services or another regulated industry.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, communicate, and escalate tasks based on given priorities.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • A proactive and thorough approach to managing your workload.

  • A self-starter who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to learn new processes and systems.

  • Proficient in using IT systems, particularly Microsoft Excel.
