Job summary

Sphere Digital Recruitment is recruiting a Financial Accountant (projects & transformation) for a 12-month FTC in Manchester. Hybrid work with 1 day in the office. Salary is £45,000–£50,000. You will join a Finance Continuous Improvement team during a major business transformation, reporting to the RTR Global Process Owner.

The role is hands-on, collaborating with operational finance teams to deliver process improvements and standardise finance processes and SOPs over the programme.

Qualifications

• Strong operational finance experience.
• Preferably RTR experience.
• Experience on finance projects, transformation or process change.
• Qualified or part-qualified accountant desirable.
• Hands-on across different business areas.
• Proactive, adaptable and collaborative with a can-do attitude.

An exciting opportunity for a Financial Accountant (projects & transformation) to join a Finance Continuous Improvement team during a major period of business change for a large well-known Media business.

This is a hands‑on finance change role, focused on supporting a significant transformation programme over the next 12 months. Reporting to the RTR Global Process Owner, you'll work across the business to help deliver process improvements and embed change.
