A property design and maintenance company in Hempstalls is seeking a Commercial Professional to lead all commercial activity and finance. Responsibilities

• Manage the commercials of the work from costing to completion.
• Liaison with external clients and departments.
• Involvement in bidding for tenders.
• Track and report on all costings.
• Day-to-day management of company finances.
• Liaison with clients and attending meetings as necessary.
• Tracking, reporting and management of all costings.
• Sales and overhead forecasting.
• Day-to-day finances: payment processing and cash collection.
• Credit management and banking reconciliation.
• Preparation and presentation of monthly/annual accounts.
• VAT returns and budget management.

Our client an expanding thriving property design, refurbishment and maintenance business who are looking for a proactive, disciplined, motivated and results orientated candidate to take the lead for this Commercial Professional responsible for all Commercial activity and Finance Accountants working closely with the wider management team and operational staff. You will be supporting key business decisions, and driving continuous improvement across processes

Key Responsibilities

• Working closely with the Management team and Operations team to manage the Commercials of the work from costing of the work through to completion.
• Close liaison with external clients and all department internally
• Involvement in Bidding for Tenders
• Costing of work and submitting costings
• Working with the broader management team for all commercials
• Liaison with clients and attending meetings as necessary
• Tracking, reporting and management of all costings
• Sales and overhead forecasting
• Day to day running the company finances - day to day accounts
• Payment processing
• Credit management, invoicing, cash collection
• Balancing, management of banking
• Preparation and presentation of monthly/annual accounts
• VAT Returns
• Budget management

What the Company offer - to include

Salary - (negotiable on experience/background)

Working Hours Monday - Friday 40 hours per week

Holiday allowance 25 days plus bank holiday
