Senior Finance Consultant/Executive Search @ T2M Resourcing - Recruiting across the UK and Globally

T2M Resourcing is working on behalf of a successful global market leader who has an opportunity for a Commercial Accountant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make an impact, partner closely with key decision-makers, and help shape the financial direction of the organisation.

Salary circa £50,000, plus Bonus & Benefits Package
Hybrid: 1 -2 days per week in the office
Location: Goole area

As Commercial Accountant you will be reporting to the Head of FP&A & Business Partnering and responsible for:

Supporting the FP&A and wider Finance team in driving profitable growth
Developing and managing an effective rolling forecast process
Leading the annual budget and strategic planning cycles
Preparing insightful reporting, analysis and commentary to clearly explain performance
Creating and presenting financial models to support business decisions
Supporting the development of Power BI dashboards and automation of reporting
Conducting ad‑hoc analysis and scenario modelling

To be successful as Commercial Accountant you will have the following skills and experience:

Part Qualified, Finalist or Newly Qualified, ACCA, CIMA, ACA
Has experience in FP&A or a similar commercial finance role
Ideally has experience in FMCG, retail or manufacturing
Can lead and model forecasting and budgeting processes confidently
Is comfortable presenting to and partnering with senior stakeholders
Has strong analytical skills and is confident in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Business Intelligence tools is an advantage
Is organised, collaborative, and calm under pressure
