Our client is a rapidly expanding consulting and regulatory technology firm, collaborating with top-tier global financial institutions to tackle intricate compliance and sustainability challenges.

Supported by solid funding and set on a path of international expansion, they are strengthening their internal finance team and are seeking a Financial Accountant for a brand-new role within the organisation.

The role will report directly in to the CFO and create new processes and reporting. The role will have responsibility for:

• Preparation of month-end accounts, including posting journals and completing accurate balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensuring all financial data is recorded and reported in line with company deadlines and standards.
• Supporting the year-end audit process, including preparation of audit schedules and responding to auditor queries.
• Work closely with an outsourced bookkeeper and review of transactional work.

Key Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience of working in a growth business, either within practice or industry.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, with a growth mindset.
