About the Role – Financial Accountant

As a Financial Accountant, you will act as the financial backbone of our operations, ensuring financial clarity, accuracy, and efficiency across our London sites. Working closely with our Senior Finance team and Directors, you will:

1. Take ownership of financial reporting, reconciliations, and process improvements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all Arcade locations.
2. Serve as the key link between outsourced finance teams and internal stakeholders.
3. Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes, preparing schedules for board reporting and audit analysis.
4. Provide financial and statistical reports to brand partners, landlords, and government agencies, including turnover rent and revenue data.
5. Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations and flag any financial risks.
6. Track and analyse discounts and banking discrepancies at site level.
7. Manage intercompany reconciliations across different vendors and locations.
8. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting quality.
9. Oversee sales ledger functions, ensuring revenue accuracy and compliance.
