We are a leading private equity and real estate investor with a diverse portfolio across Europe and the Middle East. As our London team grows, we're hiring a technically strong and commercially minded ACA-qualified Financial Accountant to support our expanding real estate and investment operations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead IFRS & FRS 102 reporting across UK and European investment entities
• Manage IFRS 16 lease accounting for over 200 assets (property, vehicle, equipment)
• Coordinate intercompany reconciliations and quarterly reporting with global teams
• Support forecasting & variance analysis for key P&L and capex areas
• Prepare and review statutory accounts and assist with year-end audits
• Partner with treasury on cashflow, FX revaluations, and banking processes

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years post-qualified experience in real estate, private equity, or complex group structures
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, FRS 102, and lease accounting
• A proactive mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills
