Job summary

Kingfisher plc is seeking a Finance Projects Analyst to support finance transformation and governance initiatives across Group Functions Finance. You will deliver data-driven insights, coordinate projects and drive process improvements to increase efficiency across the finance function.

The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience with Power BI. A hybrid working model is offered with collaboration across offices and client locations.

Qualifications

• Finance experience with an accounting qualification (or working towards one).
• Advanced Excel skills with large datasets and data interpretation.
• Proficient in Power BI for reporting and dashboards.
• Experience in GNFR or financial controls is advantageous; French language skills are beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analytical support across finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Analyse financial and operational data to provide insights and recommendations for project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project tracking, reporting and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Support governance, controls and approval frameworks to ensure compliant processes.
• Act as a link between Finance, Procurement, Shared Services and business stakeholders, coordinating workshops and activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and finance performance and deputise for the Senior Operational Finance Manager - Projects when needed.
