Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Finance and Business Management Project Manager – Associate within the Corporate & Investment Bank. You will manage a broad portfolio of initiatives—from multi-year programs to ongoing process improvements—driving value and efficiency across Finance, Technology, and Operations.

You will lead requirements translation, build strong cross-functional partnerships, and oversee delivery end-to-end, including testing, migration, and cutover readiness.

Qualifications

• Understanding Finance functions and end-to-end processes.
• Knowledge of regional Finance operating model and governance touchpoints.
• Experience with project lifecycle, planning, governance, RAID and status reporting.
• Proven business analysis skills: requirements gathering, operating model, process analysis.
• Ability to build relationships across Finance, Operations and Technology in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to produce executive-ready status updates and run meetings effectively.
• Identifies and mitigates risks and issues with a delivery-focused mindset.
• Finance/accounting acumen including financial reporting impacts and controls.
• Supports test strategy, UAT coordination, defect triage, and cutover readiness.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate Finance requirements into functional specs; define data migration and entity setup.
• Lead testing strategy and data plans; validate operating model and drive issue resolution.
• Coordinate project activities, support training delivery, manage risks, and maintain documentation.
