Job summary

Formula. in London is seeking a Finance Transformation Project Manager to lead a Sage Intacct implementation across a multi-entity portfolio. This hybrid role (3 days on-site) offers a six-month FTC with a focus on end-to-end delivery and hands-on governance.

You will coordinate workstreams across Finance, Technology and Operations, redesign core finance processes, and manage data migration, UAT and cutover planning with senior leadership access from day one.

Qualifications

• End-to-end project delivery and governance across a multi-site organisation.
• Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, month-end close, and group reporting.
• Experience coordinating with external implementation partners

Responsibilities

• Lead the full Sage Intacct implementation from plan to post-go-live stabilisation.
• Coordinate workstreams across Finance, Technology, Operations and external partners.
• Redesign core finance processes including GL, AP, AR, purchasing, and cash management.
• Run UAT, cutover planning, and end-user training.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and adoption of new ways of working

We've partnered with a leading international hospitality group undergoing a significant finance transformation. Our client is in need of an experienced Finance Transformation Project Manager to lead this meaningful project This is a hands-on, high-impact 6-month FTC centred on a full Sage Intacct implementation across a multi-entity portfolio.

Requirements for a Finance Transformation Project Manager:

• End-to-end project delivery - plan, governance, milestones and risk management
• Strong finance process knowledge - GL, AP, AR, month-end and consolidation
• Managing third-party implementation partners
• Data migration, UAT and cutover planning
• Senior stakeholder management across finance, technology and operations
• Change management and training delivery across a multi-site business

Your Role as a Finance Transformation Project Manager:

• Leading the full Sage Intacct implementation from project plan to post-go-live stabilisation
• Coordinating workstreams across Finance, Technology, Operations and external partners
• Redesigning core finance processes - GL, AP, AR, purchasing, cash management and group reporting
• Running UAT, cutover planning and user training across the group
• Driving stakeholder alignment, adoption and embedding new ways of working
