Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Finance and Business Management Project Analyst within the Corporate & Investment Bank to lead high-visibility programs. You will translate Finance needs into clear tech requirements and partner with Finance, Technology, and Operations leaders to deliver end-to-end solutions.

You will support multi-year programs and ongoing process improvements, enabling accurate delivery for end users while strengthening controls and efficiency across the firm.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of Finance functions and end-to-end processes for tech outcomes.
• Willingness to learn the regional Finance operating model and key process flows.
• Experience performing business analysis tasks with clear deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Capture and translate business requirements into functional specifications for technology teams.
• Support testing, UAT, and defect tracking; assist with cutover readiness.
• Track actions, milestones, RAID items, and maintain project documentation.
