Job summary

J.P. Morgan's Markets Technology division is seeking a Finance & Business Management Analyst who will partner with technology and finance teams to support financial planning, governance, and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with technology teams to drive transparency and accountability of financials.
• Hold monthly business review meetings on financial results, risks, issues, and demand management.
• Track and report project roll-off, reinvestment, unfunded demand, infrastructure costs, productivity, vendor costs, forecasting, and allocations.
• Support workforce and location strategies.
• Use standard financial reporting in all forums with Technology Finance management.
• Collaborate with Business and Technology to deliver on Delivery Roadmaps.
• Communicate key Technology accomplishments and risks/issues to Global Business Heads during quarterly governance reviews.
• Document and explain financial risks, opportunities, allocations, and variances for Technology costs to Front Office businesses.
• Provide inputs to global Business Controls Forums and Committees, highlighting Technology risk/controls projects and production stability issues.
• Analyze existing capabilities and identify gaps and opportunities for optimization.
• Prioritize needs and investments based on relationship insights, competitive positioning, and industry research.
