Job summary

Cooper Parry Finance Recruitment is seeking a Finance Transformation Process Analyst to support a major programme aimed at enhancing planning, forecasting, performance management and reporting capabilities across the organisation.

You will analyse, design and improve end-to-end business processes, partnering with Finance and the wider business to identify opportunities, support redesign activities and help deliver transformational change.

Qualifications

• Experience in business process analysis, mapping and redesign.
• Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma or equivalent improvement methods.
• Experience supporting finance or large-scale change programmes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document current and future-state processes across planning and performance management.
• Identify opportunities for simplification, standardisation and improvement.
• Apply process improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency.
• Support workshops and design sessions with stakeholders.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and develop performance recommendations.
• Document requirements, controls, governance and metrics.
• Track risks, issues and dependencies for programme delivery.
• Assist with implementation and handover to BAU.
• Prepare high-quality reports and stakeholder communications.
