Repton School is seeking a senior finance leader to head the Finance Transformation programme across the Repton Group. Reporting to the COO, you will drive strategic projects from concept to implementation, ensuring scalable systems, processes and controls group-wide.

The role demands strong project management, stakeholder engagement and a proven track record of delivering measurable improvements, with occasional travel to other UK Family of Schools.

Formación

• Qualified accountant with solid finance transformation experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex change programmes.
• Experience leading finance projects, systems implementations and integration.
• Strong governance, controls and management reporting capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with both finance and operational teams.
• Experience within education, independent school or not-for-profit sectors is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain a Finance Transformation Strategy and roadmap aligned to the Group's objectives.
• Identify, evaluate and prioritise transformation opportunities delivering measurable benefits.
• Lead the implementation, optimisation and development of finance systems and technologies.
• Improve efficiency through automation, digitisation and better use of technology.
• Review and standardise finance processes for scalable growth.
• Design scalable processes to support future expansion across the Group.
• Support the development of an effective financial controls framework.
• Lead governance, risk management and compliance improvements.
• Lead finance integration activities for mergers, acquisitions and new schools.
• Manage migration of schools onto Group finance systems and processes.
• Collaborate with Head of Operational Finance to align initiatives with priorities.
