EXL is seeking a Finance Transformation Lead to join our UK Consulting & Transformation practice in London. This senior role shapes and delivers large-scale finance transformations for clients globally, blending finance strategy, operating model design, data, and AI capabilities.

You will collaborate with Finance, Data, Digital Engineering, and AI teams to implement future-ready operating models and intelligent automation, driving measurable value while mentoring teams and growing the practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce /Economics /Business or related field.
• MBA in Finance or professional qualification (CA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA/CFA) preferred.
• 15-18+ years in Finance Transformation, Finance Consulting, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Finance Transformation strategies for CFO organisations and develop TOMs.
• Oversee end-to-end finance transformation across R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, and reporting.
• Lead large-scale programmes, client relationships, and governance across geographies.
