Job summary

EY in London is seeking a Senior Manager to lead client relationships within the FAAS Finance Optimisation team, driving end-to-end project delivery and shaping outcomes for complex finance transformations.

You will apply accounting expertise with data analytics, reporting and technology to improve CFO processes, develop high‑quality proposals, and mentor diverse teams across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent.
• Financial Reporting and/or Assurance/audit background.
• Experience in assurance, consulting or transformational roles within Big 4, consulting firms or industry.
• Experience with finance data, analytics and technology-enabled transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, assessing engagement risks and driving outcomes for clients.
• Lead and manage client relationships and interactions, enabling strategic decisions.
• Lead on campaigns and go-to-market initiatives including business development and proposals.
• Develop and present reports and presentations for deliverables and client communications.
• Lead internal financial, quality and risk management on client projects.
• Foster a culture of high performance and inclusive behaviours within FAAS teams.
• Create an environment that encourages and drives innovation with EY experience.
