Job summary

Brewer Morris is partnering with a growing consultancy focused on finance functions and large-scale transformation. They seek a Senior Consultant to deliver complex initiatives across a diverse client base, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

You will work with senior stakeholders on finance transformation, operating model improvement, process redesign, and technology-enabled change, taking ownership of key workstreams and driving measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting or transformation projects.
• Experience delivering ERP or EPM initiatives.
• Ability to lead and deliver complex transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver transformation initiatives across finance and operational functions.
• Lead workstreams from analysis and design through implementation and embedding change.
• Support the design and optimisation of business processes, governance frameworks, and operating models.
• Manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Analyse financial, operational, and organisational data to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with technology teams to support digital and systems transformation programmes.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
• Produce high-quality reports, presentations, and recommendations.
• Contribute to proposals, business development activities, and internal capability development.
