Job summary

EG Group is seeking a qualified Finance Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives within the Finance Projects team. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across the UK, US, Germany, and BENELUX to deliver improvements in systems, processes, and reporting.

Reporting to the Assistant Financial Controller (Projects), you will design and implement new finance processes and ensure accurate financial reporting while supporting global financial standards and transformations.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with professional designation (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or QBE).
• Experience managing finance transformation projects and system implementations.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, ideally US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support finance transformation projects, including system implementations and process improvements.
• Coordinate project delivery with Project Managers and key stakeholders.
• Develop reports/dashboards using Power BI and Power Query; support GAAP reporting.
