Job summary

Deloitte’s BPS Finance team in London offers a client-facing role focusing on design, implementation and operations of high-quality finance processes for multinational clients. You will lead technical accounting, delivery between global teams, and automation-driven improvements within a hybrid working model.

The ideal candidate is ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with strong accounting, reporting and finance operations experience, plus a track record in managed services or large transformation projects

Qualifications

• Qualified finance professional with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Strong accounting, reporting and finance operations experience including IFRS/UK GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with finance outsourcing, managed services or transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Client delivery and relationship management across locations and time zones, supporting day-to-day finance delivery, client reporting, issue resolution and service quality.
• Finance operations and technical accounting, including IFRS, UK GAAP or US GAAP matters.
• Managed services governance, meeting contractual commitments, SLAs, KPIs and client expectations across engagements.
• Team leadership of UK-based and delivery centre members, with clear roles and standard operating procedures."
• Transformation and continuous improvement using automation and AI to enhance efficiency, accuracy and control.
• Business contribution, supporting planning, team development, and wider strategic objectives of the BPS Finance practice.
