Job summary

RBC in London is seeking a Managing Director-level leader to own end-to-end finance transformation initiatives within the CFO Office. You will partner with senior sponsors, define what good looks like for finance processes, and deliver the first release of the Finance Modernisation program across Wealth Management Europe.

Lead multi-disciplinary teams across data, process, controls and technology to ensure robust design and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a complex finance change environment within a large banking institution.
• Strong track record delivering programs on time, budget and scope with finance partners.
• Experience with data platforms and finance sub-ledger implementations.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and accountability for delivery with senior sponsors and stakeholders.
• Define what good looks like for end-to-end finance processes and controls.
• Manage first release of Finance Modernisation (Wealth Management Europe Castle) with senior sponsors.
• Coordinate global design with data, processes, controls and technology teams.
• Lead delivery across matrix organisation and maintain release schedules.
• Challenge delivery teams to ensure robust design and practices.
