Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist the Finance & Business Manager in providing an expert management accounting service.
• Post monthly accruals and prepayments with accurate supporting documentation.
• Produce budget statements in line with the department’s monthly timetable.
• Access data from various sources to produce variance analysis for budget holders and senior managers.
• Assist in preparing business plans, business cases and service change proposals with trend and risk analysis.
• Prepare a monthly forecast of income and expenditure.
