Job summary

On is seeking a Product Manager to drive the Finance technology strategy, roadmap and integration across ERP and cloud tools. You will work with engineers, consultants and stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver iterative financial solutions.

You will own prioritization, manage backlogs, and guide release cycles, upgrades and cross-functional integration, embedding AI-minded improvements across our finance tech stack.

Qualifications

Your role will be pivotal in defining and executing initiatives to empower our Finance teams. You'll support system upgrades and release cycles, and contribute to their seamless integration within our technology landscape.

Your mission

Product Strategy & Roadmap Delivery

• Define and drive the strategic direction and multi-horizon product roadmap for the Finance technology cluster in close alignment with business goals
• Actively drive identification and shaping of AI-based Products in the roadmap
• Manage prioritization and trade-offs between business value, user experience, system performance, and technical debt
• Deliver measurable business outcomes by owning initiatives from discovery through deployment and post-launch adoption

Backlog Grooming & Agile Execution

• Own and groom the product backlog, defining high-quality initiatives, features, epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Lead discovery and sprint refinement sessions with engineering and functional consultant teams to ensure iterative, high-velocity delivery
• Steer testing, release management, and upgrade cycles across the Finance technology landscape and connected cloud platforms

Cross-Functional Requirements & Systems Integration

• Analyze complex financial workflows across global entities, defining requirements for both ERP, non-ERP and custom built financial tools
• Drive architectural alignment and integration standards across finance, sales, and supply chain applications
• Serve as the primary product ambassador and domain authority for finance technology across the organization

Your story

• You have 5+ years of hands‑on product management experience in a relevant field of IT, business system support, or consultancy
• You have extensive experience with Finance systems and ERP solutions, coupled with experience in custom-built products and other cloud-based financial platforms and tools
• You have a deep understanding and appreciation of agile methodologies, which enables you to understand business needs and transform them into great solutions that can be delivered iteratively
• You bring an AI-forward mindset to transform processes and continuously innovate across the financial technology ecosystem
• You have solid knowledge of integration methodologies and end-to‑end core business processes in the areas of finance. You have an understanding of cloud-based technologies and related architecture
