Job summary

Black Sheep Coffee is seeking a commercially minded Head of Finance Technology to lead the development of our Finance systems, data and automation capability. Based at our London HQ and reporting to the Interim Data Analytics & Systems Director, you will own NetSuite-driven processes, data pipelines and reporting, partnering with Finance to scale the business.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with finance systems and data, especially NetSuite.
• Ability to design and optimize data flows from operations to GL and reporting.
• Experience building automated finance reports and controlled data models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise the Finance systems landscape with NetSuite at the core.
• Build and maintain reliable finance reporting tables and SQL-based logic.
• Automate manual finance processes and improve reconciliations and month-end close.
• Strengthen governance around master data, access and change controls.
• Deliver end-to-end technical solutions with APIs, data pipelines and automation.
• Partner with the Finance Director and wider teams to drive continuous improvement.
