Strike IT Recruitment Services is seeking a hands-on Business Analyst to support finance-focused process improvement and automation initiatives. The role is hybrid, with 3 days onsite per week in West London and an initial 6-month contract.

You will lead discovery sessions, map as-is and to-be processes, and translate requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria while interfacing with senior stakeholders.

• Proven business analyst delivering process improvement and change.
• Experience analysing Finance processes and engaging Finance stakeholders.
• Excellent process mapping, requirements gathering and workshop facilitation.

Mansioni

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to capture requirements, issues and opportunities.
• Map current and future processes, initially focusing on Finance.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, strengthen controls and automate manual activities.
• Translate requirements into clear process documentation, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support evaluation and implementation of workflow tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com or Asana.
• Collaborate with business and delivery teams to support testing, adoption and implementation.
