Qualifications

• Experience leading finance teams in similar environments (housing/property services is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills with ability to produce reports and statistics.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals including Finance Assistants and Administrators.
• Oversee daily financial processes (purchase and sales ledgers, reconciliations).
• Ensure transactions conform to contractual and regulatory standards and are accurately recorded.
