Job summary

Hill Dickinson LLP in Liverpool is seeking a Finance Systems Administrator to support day-to-day finance systems operations, ensuring smooth integration between Aderant Expert, Intapp and related tools. The role requires proactive problem-solving, system monitoring and data integrity across finance, HR and IT interfaces.

You will configure users, run SQL scripts, assist with upgrades and produce ad-hoc reports while maintaining audit-ready documentation and helping with month-end processes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting financial systems in a professional services environment.
• Experience with system integrations and upgrades.
• Excel data extraction, Power Query, and pivot analysis.
• Strong SQL skills to create and run queries independently.
• High attention to detail and discretion with data.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor financial systems including Aderant Expert, Intapp, CapiTrak, Sharedo and Emburse Enterprise.
• Provide system configuration, user management and reconciliations.
• Offer user support across Finance, HR, BD, IT and Fee Earners.
• Identify enhancements and streamline processes with internal teams.
• Analyse workflows and develop efficient procedures.
• Assist with system upgrades, patches and UAT for changes.
• Support month/year-end processing and data requests.
• Create and execute SQL scripts and generate ad-hoc reports.
• Coordinate with IT to resolve issues between finance and tech.
