Job summary

Arup is seeking a Finance Systems Project Manager on a 2 Year Fixed Term Contract to drive a global programme of finance transformation. You will partner with the Group Head of Finance Programmes to deliver finance systems improvements and new ways of working across the organisation.

The role requires hands-on PM expertise, ownership, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience in large, global organisations with cross-functional teams.
• Formal project management certification or working towards accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of finance systems and process improvements.
• Manage plans, governance, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Engage senior stakeholders across the global finance community.
• Facilitate workshops and shape requirements with business and tech teams.
• Monitor progress and ensure delivery within timelines and budgets.
• Lead project teams and external partners to high performance.
• Support change adoption with communications and training materials.
