Job summary

Care Concern Group Limited is seeking a Finance Systems Lead to join the Head Office team at Botanica, Ditton Park. You will manage and develop financial systems, including Oracle NetSuite, consolidation and reporting tools, to deliver reliable reporting and accurate information across our national group.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will lead system implementations or upgrades, provide practical training, and collaborate with Finance and IT to improve data accuracy and support

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in finance systems or relevant IT role with strong financial process knowledge.
• Proven experience managing ERP systems including Oracle NetSuite with consolidation/reporting
• Experience leading system implementations or upgrades
• Strong technical skills in system configuration, data management and reporting
• Analytical mindset with ability to troubleshoot and provide practical solutions
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills across Finance, IT and business units

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop financial systems (Oracle NetSuite, consolidation & reporting tools) for reliable reporting and accurate information across the group.
• Oversee day-to-day operation, ensure systems are secure, reliable and effective.
• Develop reporting that supports informed decisions and timely management and statutory accounts.
• Lead and support implementations and upgrades; drive system integrations and automation opportunities.
• Provide practical training and act as a point of contact for colleagues on system use.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT to shape system development and data accuracy.
