Job summary

Care Concern Group is seeking a Finance Systems Lead to join our Head Office team at Botanica, Ditton Park. You’ll manage Oracle NetSuite and related finance applications, delivering reliable reporting and efficient processes across our national group. This is a full-time, office-based role with a discretionary bonus and pension.

Qualifications

• Three to five years’ experience in a finance systems or relevant IT role.
• Proven experience managing ERP systems, including Oracle NetSuite, alongside consolidation, reporting or other finance applications.
• Experience leading system implementations or upgrades.
• Strong technical skills in system configuration, data management and reporting.
• Analytical approach with the ability to investigate issues and find practical solutions.
• Confident communication skills, explaining technical information clearly to colleagues with different levels of systems knowledge.
• Collaborative approach and the ability to build trusted relationships across Finance, IT and the wider business.
• Proactive mindset, strong organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Experience in the care sector and familiarity with care-related operational systems would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop our financial systems, including Oracle NetSuite, consolidation and reporting tools.
• Take responsibility for day-to-day operation, ensuring systems are reliable, secure and effective.
• Develop reporting that gives colleagues accurate information and supports informed decisions.
• Lead and support implementations and upgrades, delivering improvements and connecting systems.
• Provide practical training and be a trusted contact for colleagues to use our systems confidently.
• Support timely delivery of management and statutory accounts, audit requirements, and board and management reporting.
• Look for ways to make every day processes more effective and drive continuous improvements.
