Job summary

Jameson Legal Tech is seeking a Finance Systems Accountant to join a dynamic legal firm in Greater London. Reporting to the CFO and IT Manager, you will drive platform optimisation and change, acting as the SME for Elite 3e and other finance systems.

You will transform finance processes, champion system use, and collaborate with finance, IT, and external consultants to automate reporting and enhance decision making. Strong analytical skills and proactive work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in a legal finance systems role.
• Proven experience optimising practice management systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Elite 3e.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Elite 3e and other finance systems.
• Champion use of finance systems to solve challenges.
• Transform finance systems to support firm growth.
• Drive continuous improvement and reduce manual processes.
• Link finance, IT and external consultants.
• Ensure information supports improved decision making.
• Manage projects including automation of reporting packs and management accounts.
• Supervise BI design and improvements.
• Ensure system integrity.
