Care Concern Group is seeking a Finance Systems Manager to oversee our financial systems, including Oracle NetSuite, consolidation tools, and reporting applications across the national operation.
You will ensure systems are reliable, secure and effective while collaborating with Finance and IT to deliver accurate, timely information for management and statutory reporting.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will manage and develop our financial systems, including Oracle NetSuite, consolidation and reporting tools, and other finance applications. You'll take responsibility for their day-to-day operation, ensuring they remain reliable, secure and effective. Working closely with Finance and IT, you'll develop reporting that gives colleagues accurate information and supports informed decisions across the group. Alongside keeping our systems running smoothly, you'll help shape how they develop. You'll lead and support implementations and upgrades, bringing stakeholders together to deliver improvements, and identify opportunities to connect systems, automate processes and improve data accuracy. You'll also be a trusted point of contact for colleagues, resolving technical queries and providing practical training so they can use our systems confidently. Your work will support the timely delivery of management and statutory accounts, audit requirements, and board and management reporting. Throughout the role, you'll look for ways to make every day processes more effective, turning challenges into practical improvements that support our growing business.
This is an opportunity to help shape how financial systems support a growing, national care provider. You'll work closely with colleagues across Finance and IT, with scope to introduce improvements that make every day work easier and strengthen the information our teams rely on.
If you enjoy solving problems, improving how systems work and helping colleagues get the most from technology, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution.
Experience in the care sector and familiarity with care-related operational systems would be advantageous.
