Curaa Group in London is seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong commercial and operational mindset to lead our finance team. The role requires a passion for technology and a proven ability to manage multiple staff, with UK care sector experience highly desirable.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and provide strategic insights to support decision-making across the group.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; professional accounting qualification preferred.
  • Proven experience in a finance management role with multiple staff.
  • Proficiency in financial software and technology.

Responsabilités

  • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.
  • Develop and implement data-driven financial strategies.
  • Collaborate with departments to provide financial insights for decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Utilise digital/cloud technology to streamline processes and efficiency.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead group KPI reporting and ownership of 7-home reporting pack.
  • Support banking administration and acquisition integration when required.
  • Own systems across Found, QuickBooks, Modulr.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with a strong commercial and operational mindset to lead our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a proven track record of managing multiple staff members. Experience in the care sector in the United Kingdom is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, ensuring their development and performance.

Develop and implement financial and data driven strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.

Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support for decision-making.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Utilize new digital / cloud-based technology to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency across the group.

Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Responsible for group-wide KPI reporting.

Ownership of 7-home reporting pack.

Banking administration.

Acquisition integration support (when required).

Systems ownership (Found, QuickBooks, Modulr).

Requirements
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is preferred.

Proven Experience

Proven experience in a finance management role, with a track record of managing multiple staff members.

Commercial and Operational Acumen

Strong commercial and operational acumen.

Proficiency in Financial Software and Technology

Proficiency in financial software and technology.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Care Sector Experience

Experience in the care sector in the United Kingdom is a significant advantage.
