Job summary

The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead is seeking a Systems and Control Officer to support the Systems and Control Accountant in maintaining and optimising the council's finance, procurement and income systems, primarily Unit4 Agresso. This role ensures smooth system operations, maintains financial controls and supports users within the Financial Reporting team.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and support of financial systems, including user, supplier and customer set up.
• Creation and maintenance of master data such as chart of accounts and cost centres.
• Run daily, weekly, monthly and annual processes.
• Produce standard reports and assist in developing bespoke reports.
• Control and reconcile month-end data from interfaces.
• Deliver routine user training.
