We have an exciting opportunity for an Automation Testing specialist familiar with COINS (or similar ERP / Financial software) to provide training and support to our user base.

This role involves facilitating smooth software adoption, enhancing user experience, and promoting best practices to maximize software functionality. The candidate will oversee test plans and journeys using testing software to verify performance and reliability, aligning with our systems' evergreen model, and support change management during delivery. The position combines operational activities and project work. The successful candidate will deliver engaging training sessions for both new and existing customers to ensure proficiency in using the applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Finance Systems Team to understand project strategies and upcoming user testing requirements.
• Configure and manage testing software to support health checks and change management.
• Identify system defects from testing and work with developers and third parties to resolve issues.
• Develop and improve test automation processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver training that streamlines processes and optimizes Finance Systems.
• Understand training requirements for upcoming projects and deliver relevant sessions.
• Provide multiple learning opportunities for users.
• Keep learning materials current and relevant to system versions.
• Document processes and procedures for consistency and scalability.
