We have an exciting opportunity for a Automation Testing specialist familiar with COINS (or similar ERP / Financial software) to provide training and support to our user base.

This role involves facilitating smooth software adoption, enhancing user experience, promoting best practices, managing test plans using testing software, and supporting change management. It combines operational activities and project work. The successful candidate will deliver engaging training sessions to ensure users are proficient in using the applications.

Key Deliverables and Accountabilities

• Collaborate with the Finance Systems Team to understand project pipelines and user testing needs.
• Configure and manage testing software for system health checks and change management.
• Identify system defects from testing and work with developers and third parties to resolve them.
• Build and evolve test automations.
• Deliver training to streamline processes and optimize Finance Systems.
• Provide learning opportunities and ensure training materials are current.
• Document processes for consistency and scalability.
