Job summary

Notting Hill Genesis is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to ensure finance systems operate efficiently, accurately, and in line with business needs. You will be the first contact for finance systems support, combining technical know-how with strong stakeholder engagement to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Experience with a finance IT system, ideally Microsoft D365 or similar.
• Strong controls and data integrity in financial systems.
• Experience handling large volumes of financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for finance IT system queries and escalate as needed.
• Maintain system integrity, controls, and documentation.
• Update approval chains and workflows in the D365 purchase order system.
• Monitor interfaces and align with reporting timetables.
• Support month-end activities and scheduled jobs.
