Job summary

Wade Macdonald is recruiting a Finance Systems Administrator for a Reading-based role. You will own day-to-day administration of finance systems (BlackLine and Tagetik), drive system improvements and manage large financial datasets in partnership with the finance team.

The role suits a proactive, organized candidate with advanced Excel skills and a keen interest in expanding their technical knowledge across finance systems within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Group finance experience and strong analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel capabilities with data handling.
• Exposure to BlackLine or Tagetik is advantageous.
• Proactive, organised and eager to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day administration of finance systems including BlackLine and Tagetik.
• Support external systems consultants on projects and improvements.
• Maintain finance system processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze large volumes of financial data to support reporting.
• Support group finance activities such as reporting, reconciliations, data management.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve functionality.
• Become a key contact for internal users and troubleshoot system queries.
