Job summary

SSE plc invites an experienced Finance Systems Accountant to join a specialist team focusing on consolidation applications within the Oracle EPM estate. You will drive functional changes, support data integration, and embed post-implementation support across the Finance Systems Team.

Working from Glasgow, Perth, or Reading with a hybrid pattern, you will build controls, train users, and collaborate with stakeholders to simplify complex finance processes while ensuring governance standards are

Qualifications

• Experience as Finance Systems Accountant with Oracle FCCS/NR or HFM.
• Familiarity with GL model design, dimensionality, forms, reports, dashboards and Groovy scripting.
• Able to map complex processes and support data management integrations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver functional changes for FCCS/NR and resolve system issues.
• Maintain controls, procedures and governance standards.
• Train stakeholders and create user guides and materials.
• Map system architecture with Oracle FCCS/NR developments and best practices.
• Provide support to Oracle EDM and related tools.
