Are you an experienced first line systems support professional? Are you able to deliver a fantastic customer service during a systems implementation? Are you excited about the opportunity to join a well known charity?

Robertson Bell are partnering with a well-known charity who are looking for a dedicated individual to join their Systems Administration team for a 6-month assignment. This role is critical in supporting user queries as the organisation begins training users on the new financial planning module of Unit 4, and enters a busy period of the budgeting cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify frequently asked questions to be collated into an ongoing manual.
  • Support users by offering guidance and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth system implementation.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven ability to deliver 1st line customer service support.
  • Experience with post-system implementation support
  • Proficient in training users online, one-to-one, or in small groups.
  • Experience with Unit 4 is highly desirable.
